Level A (business as usual)
- Normal Services
- Prep for Level B (mobilize the pandemic plan)

Level B (Alert)
- Level A plus:
- Enhanced common area touch point cleans / open work spaces 1 x daily
- Special cleans upon request
- Carry out tool box talks to practice good hygiene
- Rigor around resource planning / observe travel
- Increase PPE and hygiene consumables to maintain minimum 1 months supply
- Mobilize ERT team (planning V’s tactical)
- RACI clarified and communicated
- Dry run of  key ERT responses (tactical) (planning)
- Prep for Level C

Level C (Serious)
- Level B plus:
- Enhanced common area touch point cleans / open work spaces 2 x daily
- Special cleans upon request
- Increase PPE and hygiene consumables to maintain minimum 2 months supply 
          (weekly stock order)
- ERT daily calls
- Understand potential BCM scenarios and align FM operations
- Restrict business travel
- Commence light team segregation (inc key vendors)
- Social distancing of personal who may have travelled to high risk locations
- Prep for Level D

Level D (Emergency)
- Level C plus:
- Enhanced common area touch point cleans / open work spaces –every 2 hours
- Special cleans upon request
- Increase PPE and hygiene consumables to maintain minimum 3 months supply 
          (weekly stock order)
- Segregation of staff, reduce to skeleton teams and rotate leadership
- Maintain social distancing of personnel whom have travelled to impacted areas
- Dissuade personal travel l declaration of personal travel in advance to high risk areas
- ERT daily calls

    Semakin lama semakin meningkat. Semoga bumi Malaysia dan dunia kembali sihat dari anasir Covid-19 ni. Sama-samalah kita berdoa agar Allah mengangkat kembali virus-virus yang tersebar ini.
